专家简介:Wei Bian is a professor and doctoral supervisor, Harbin Institute of Technology. She obtained the Bachelor's degree and Doctoral degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2004 and 2009 respectively. From 2010 to 2012, she visited The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and conducted postdoctoral research under the supervision of Professor Xiaojun Chen. Her main research field is optimization theory and algorithms. She has published numerous academic papers in journals such as Math. Program., Math. Oper. Res., SIAM J. Optim., SIAM J. Numer. Anal., SIAM J. Sci. Comput., and SIAM J. Imaging Sci. She has successively received the title of National Young Talent and been granted the National Outstanding Youth Fund Project. Currently, she serves as an Associate Editor of the SCI-indexed journal, i.e., Journal of Optimization Theory and Applications, Standing Director of the Operations Research Society of China, and Standing Director of the Heilongjiang Mathematical Society.

专家简介:Derui Ding received the Ph.D. degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering in 2014 from Donghua University, Shanghai, China. He is currently a professor in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai, China. His research interests include distributed control, filtering and optimization, learning-based control as well as data mining. He was a Highly Cited Researcher in 2019 and 2020 according to Clarivate Analytics. He was the recipient of the 2021 Nobert Wiener Review Award from IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica, and the 2020 and 2022 Andrew P. Sage Best Transactions Paper Awards from the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC) Society. He is a Senior Member of both the Chinese Association of Automation (CAA) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). He is serving as a Deputy Editors-in-Chief for International Journal of Network Dynamics and Intelligence, an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica, Neurocomputing and IET Control Theory & Applications.

专家简介:Bo Wang, Ph.D., Director of the Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Center, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the School of Automation, Beijing Institute of Technology. He concurrently serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the GNSS and LBS Association of China (GLAC) and Director of the Youth Working Committee. He also holds the position of Deputy Director of the National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Technology under the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). Additionally, he is a member of the Academic Committee of the Key Laboratory of Traffic Management Integration and Optimization Technology (Ministry of Public Security) and the Key Laboratory of Navigation and Location-based Services (Ministry of Natural Resources), as well as an editorial board member of several important domestic and international journals. In recent years, he has presided over more than ten national and provincial/municipal-level scientific research projects. His research achievements include 3 monographs published, over 30 SCI-indexed papers published as the first author or corresponding author, and more than 40 authorized invention patents. As the first completer, he has won 1 Second Prize of National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award, 2 First Prizes and 2 Second Prizes of Science and Technology Progress Award of GLAC, 1 Second Prize of Teaching Achievement Award of GLAC, and has been honored as an Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Supervisor by GLAC. He has also received awards such as the Qiu Shi Outstanding Youth Award for Achievement Transformation (China Association for Science and Technology), Beijing Outstanding Talent, Distinguished Expert of Tianfu Scholars in Sichuan Province, and Mao Yisheng Beijing Youth Science and Technology Award.

专家简介:Nianyin Zeng was born in Fujian Province, China, in 1986. He received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and automation in 2008 and the Ph. D. degree in electrical engineering in 2013, both from Fuzhou University. From October 2012 to March 2013, he was a RA in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the University of Hong Kong. From September 2017 to August 2018, he as an ISEF Fellow founded by the Korea Foundation for Advance Studies and also a Visiting Professor at the Korea Advance Institute of Science and Technology. Currently, he is a Professor with the Department of Instrumental & Electrical Engineering of Xiamen University. His current research interests include intelligent data analysis, computational intelligent, time-series modeling and applications. He is the author or co-author of several technical papers and also a very active reviewer for many international journals and conferences. Prof. Zeng is currently serving as Associate Editors for Neurocomputing, Evolutionary Intelligence, and Frontiers in Medical Technology, and also Editorial Board members for Computers in Biology and Medicine, Biomedical Engineering Online, and Mathematical Problems in Engineering.

专家简介:Zongsheng Huang is Ph.D., Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Shanghai Maritime University. He is a Shanghai Pujiang Scholar and Visiting Scholar at the University of Texas at Dallas. His research interests include agent-based modeling, complex network, system safety, supply chain risk, dynamic advertising, and closed-loop supply chain. He has led several national and provincial research projects, including the National Social Science Foundation of China and National Natural Science Foundation of China. His studies have been published in Reliability Engineering & System Safety, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, International Journal of Production Economics, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Computers & Industrial Engineering, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, and Dynamic Games and Applications, among others. He has received awards such as the Third Prize of the 16th Sichuan Province Excellent Social Science Achievement Award, the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award of Southwest Jiaotong University, the Liu Haoqing Excellence in Education Award (Shanghai Maritime University, 2018 and 2025), the Third Prize for Excellent Papers from the China Society of Logistics, and the Excellent Graduate Supervisor Award of Shanghai Maritime University (2019–2021). She has conducted in-depth research on key issues in fields such as filtering algorithms for networked system, achieving a series of innovative results in the design and performance analysis of optimized filtering algorithms. She has published 15 SCI papers in related fields, including 1 ESI highly cited paper. She has participated in 2 national-level projects and 3 provincial-level projects, and holds 6 authorized invention patents, with 3 already commercialized. She serves as a reviewer for journals such as IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, Applied Mathematics and Computation, Neurocomputing, Digital Signal Processing, and Neural Processing Letters.
